Sole fillet with lemon beurre fondue, wilted spinach leaves


Roasted chicken with sea salt, Provence herbs and olive oil, pomme mousseline


Pan seared organic Scottish salmon with sautéed kale, shallots, garlic, olive oil, kale and champagne reduction


Chicken breast sautéed with tarragon, chardonnay, cream and mustard, wild rice, jumbo asparagus


Slow roast prime rib au jus, roasted fingerling potatoes, thyme, olive oil and garlic, farmer’s market vegetables


Boston sea scallops with lobster reduction, lemon butter, crushed potatoes, shallots, garlic, parsley, farmer’s market vegetables


Slow braised Angus beef short ribs with cabernet sauvignon, roasted vegetables, truffle mashed potatoes


Penne pasta sautéed with organic tomatoes, shallots, garlic, and basil


Grilled or pan seared beef fillet mignon with a burgundy and black truffle reduction, creamy polenta, farmer’s market vegetables


Rack of lamb roasted with Dijon mustard and parsley crust, fresh thyme au jus, roasted fingerling potatoes, farmer’s market vegetables


Baked organic ratatouille with fresh thyme and Provence herbs, melted gruyere cheese
